  • Not satisfied with the status quo and are looking shake things up
  • Strong opinions with ability to articulately explain and defend your position
  • Must be able to function in a very fluid startup environment
  • Able to work on short time lines, sometimes with incomplete information
  • Self-motivated and willing to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team
  • Hands-on, results-driven with a strong track record of success
  • Practical experience in computer aided design and analysis, including SolidWorks, Fluent or Ansys.
  • Familiar with current regulatory requirements (FERC, NERC) and industry standards (NEC, UL, NEC, IEC, IEEE, etc.)
  • Willing and able to travel as the job requires, 20-30%
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Education

    MS and/or BS Engineering degree or comparable technical knowledge through demonstrated work experience

    Registered P.E. (preferred) or working toward registration within 2 years
